Delivery options and charges
When ordering opens, the delivery methods available for your address and any shipping charge will be shown before payment. A product price alone does not establish whether shipping, tax or import charges are included.
Product preparation and dispatch
Availability is shown on the product page. If a preparation or dispatch estimate has not been stated for the particular watch, contact us with its SKU before ordering. Any photographs or specification checks should be agreed for the specific reference.
Tracking and delivery updates
Once a parcel has been dispatched, use the tracking information provided with the order. Carrier estimates are indicative and can change because of local delivery conditions, holidays or border processing.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check the delivery address carefully. If you need to request a change, contact support with the order number as soon as possible. A change may no longer be possible once a parcel has entered the carrier network.
If a parcel is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but not received, keep the tracking number and packaging where available, and contact us so the circumstances can be reviewed.
International deliveries
Available destinations and responsibility for any applicable taxes, customs formalities or import charges will be stated in the final delivery terms before checkout opens. We do not make a blanket customs-clearance or tax-inclusion guarantee.
